My philosophy is simple - We can achieve our goals without substantial changes to our lifestyle and habits.
How do we do this? By experimenting.
I have a strategy matrix full of ideas, and we simply start with a few that sound interesting to you.
Then, we test them and see how effective they are.
We continue to use strategies that feel easy and are effective. We let go of the ones that are difficult or ineffective.
We end up with the right mix for you.
You can't white-knuckle your way to success. You might be able to achieve your goal that way, but you can't sustain it.
Rather, we will find your set of strategies that work and also allow you to enjoy your life.
