What's a power bowl? Basically, a bowl of goodness that becomes a party in your mouth. They're quick, well-balanced, and versatile, and you can prep most of the food ahead of time. Recipes will be provided.


What will we practice during this challenge?


*putting together fast, healthy, well-balanced meals at least once a day.

*eating a sufficient amount of protein and vegetables.

*seeing how amazing you can feel when you eat like this consistently. You don't need to * change EVERYTHING in your diet. The goal is to replace just one meal a day with a power bowl!

* practicing meal prep skills. Recipes will have quantities for one bowl or five

* figuring out what will work for you and what isn't. We are all individuals, and what works for one isn't going to work for the next person necessarily. Do you like variety? Then a new power bowl each day is going to be your thing. Creature of habit? Then having the same power bowl several days in a row makes sense for you. Do you live an on-the-go life? Then making grab-and-go power bowls ahead of time will be your best bet. Let's see what works!


Consider grabbing a friend to do this with you. Enthusiasm is contagious, and the support will help you complete the challenge.
