We can develop and maintain strong bones and muscles by doing resistance training or weight-bearing activities. This is how you set yourself up to better handle the wear and tear of daily life. In general, people who perform a variety of full range movements, both in their daily lives, and during exercise, have an easier time staying injury and pain-free.
