Who Am I?
Hi! It’s Julie. I gained and lost the same 10 pounds many times between the ages of 15 and 45. I tried all the diets, and most of them worked temporarily.

FAQs.
What are the program dates?
Our live kickoff call will be on the evening of Tuesday, February 18. If you can’t attend live, you can view the recording at a time that works for you. The program runs through May 12.
I have a lot going on right now. Should I wait until life calms down before I start?
Learning to modify your habits in various situations without going completely off plan could be the most valuable thing you learn, and having lots of opportunities to practice is a bonus. Doing this when life is easy won't teach you anything about handling things when life gets complicated, and that's where most programs fail us.
Will I have to use a food-tracking app?
No. It is one of the 30 strategies you can try and test, but it’s not required or necessary for success.
How much time will this take?
It depends on which strategies the matrix suggests you start with. If you are short on time, you will fill out the matrix accordingly, and the matrix will elevate strategies that take less time.
How much of the program is live? I am concerned I will miss too many events.
Only the kickoff call is live; I will record it for anyone who can't make it. Everything else happens in real time in our online group. You can check in on your own schedule.
How do I know if this program is right for me?
It’s NOT right for you if you are looking for another fast weight loss plan with specific rules and meal plans. While that might work in the short term, you will likely regain the weight, and that’s not what we are working towards here.
