Service Description
We use ballet-inspired movements, yoga, pilates, drumming, and traditional sculpting exercises to increase cardiovascular fitness, endurance (energy), balance, and mobility. We almost always use a mat, a couple of sets of weights, and something to hold for balance. We sometimes use a squeezable ball, a stretchy band, and/or a set of drumsticks. You may like to have something available to pad your knees and forearms. You can do the class without this equipment. These are just options. Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before class begins when possible. Classes with no one signed up 12 hours before class begins may be canceled. It's usually OK to be late. However, if no client signs in 5 minutes after class begins, class will be cancelled.
