Service Description

This class builds muscle and burns fat. We will mix movement patterns to keep things interesting and not overtax any muscle group. Anyone can participate as long as you can get down on the floor and back up unassisted. Vary your weights and reps to make the workout right for you. You will want to have a least one set of hand weights – more sets if possible. I recommend a mat. A glute band is optional but useful. I will sometimes use yoga blocks, a bench, and wedges, but those are not required. To follow the program of which this class is a part, look for Programs in the menu and check out Body Recomp. However, you are also welcome to keep it casual and sign up for this class without following the Program.

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before class begins when possible. Classes with no one signed up 12 hours before class begins may be canceled. It's usually OK to be late. However, if no client signs in 5 minutes after class begins, class will be cancelled.
