Service Description

Strengthens your heart and burns fat without keeping your cortisol (stress hormones) high for too long. After a five-minute dynamic warm-up, we cycle through 19 to 20 1-minute cardio intervals. Each interval has three parts: medium to medium-high intensity, a 10-second burst of higher intensity, and a short break. We finish with 5 minutes of stretching. Suggested: Yoga mat Optional - shoes

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before class begins when possible. Classes with no one signed up 12 hours before class begins may be canceled. It's usually OK to be late. However, if no client signs in 5 minutes after class begins, class will be cancelled.
