Service Description
Build muscle mass and Increase bone density. Burn more calories at rest. Stay strong. Get stronger. We warm up with dynamic stretching and then go through each exercise one time with light weights and fewer reps. We then circuit through six exercises with heavier weights and about 8-10 reps for 3 – 5 circuits, depending on the class length. To cool down, we hold stretches a bit longer to improve mobility. Suggested: Yoga mat and dumbbells. You will get the most benefit by using the heaviest weight you safely can. Optional – yoga block(s), bands

Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before class begins when possible. Classes with no one signed up 12 hours before class begins may be canceled. It's usually OK to be late. However, if no client signs in 5 minutes after class begins, class will be cancelled.
